I need your guys help. I've got a minor who is in need of an abortion due to being raped by her cousin [so rape and incest] I need help finding out because her mom technically does not have parental rights as she has an appointed guardian and her dad doesn't want her to 'murder his grandchild' is there a way to be able to get consent from the appointed guardian in michigan or would she have to go to court to get around the parental consent? She is currently 12wks right now. Cut off is 20.
