I know I can be obnoxious now and then

And cold as ice

But it doesn't change a thing

I know I cross a line sometimes

Yet I would never leave your side

And you would never leave my side.

It gets cold sometimes

We're left out in the cold all naked

Knocking on each others door

Tears running down our cheeks

Snow falling upon our bare pale skin

It could last for days

But we'll always welcome each other with open arms

We'll always get inside together.

If you left; just for one day

I wouldn't be able to breathe

My heart would literally stop pounding

It would be like a knife right to my heart

A burning dagger to the spine

A kick in the teeth

A deadly hit in the guts.

I know this could have been a bit more poetic, I just don't give a shit, really, I like it the way it is.
