I'm Supposed To Be Happy.

"Are you okay?"

"Yeah, I'm fine, Thanks"

I still lie...

I'm sure not okay..

 

 

Everything's bottled up...

I can't regonize myself...

I've changed so much...

I've changed since my dad were dying..

 

 

I'm trying to be perfect...

Trying to act perfect...

Yet I'm shattered into a million pieces...

Behind my sm,ile, my soul is crying..

 

 

People believes in my lies...

Especially the one about me being okay...

I'm not bursting into tears...

Yet they lurks beyond my Front..

 

 

I'm supposed to be happy...

I'm my own worst enemy...

Save me from my inner Darkness..

Happiness come and goes. When you find a place where smiles and laughter is in control. Make it last and celebrate being alive. I like the internal struggle in the words to be strong. I like the honest ending. Most of us are the enemy to our self. Create roadblocks for happiness and possibilities. A excellent poem.
