The Path Of Life.

A poem I had to do for a school project.

I'm living this nightmare

darkness always seems to find me

over and over.

 

 

I'm crawling

hiding behind the light

light dazzles me

dark embraces me

pulls me down to my knees.

 

 

I scream, scream my lungs out

dark had surrounded me

wind blows in my hair

birds stopped singing

the rain is smashing against my face.

 

 

I gotta go on

thunder screams my name

wind howling

I keep falling.

 

 

A Light?

A Chance?

My Faith?

Whatever I'll reach for it.

 

 

Faith fills my veins

strength flows in me

light defeated dark

my time had come.

 

 

So, here I am

standing infront of everyone.

Sometime in life this situation occurs...all the things we do..
or happens with us..are all away from my way we needed..
this poem relates to the thing where someone is hiding himself from light
means the coming glories and hiding its best things from himself..
and he/she is afraid of the fact the darkness embraces him/her
and knees him down..if he/she tried..so the solution to this is stand and face ..
be strong in life..everything in life makes you hurt..but if u win the point you needed ..then everything is worthwhile..so always try atleast:)

There's so much I could say...
I love the imagery. And the personification of the weather.
I love the layout, especially the way it builds up with longer sentences then calms down with short ones.
I just love the whole thing.
