Comatose: (Ch. 1) Alcoholic ConsequenceA Chapter by kenya smithDrunk driving, have dire consequences.A few years ago, I had gotten in a near-fatal car accident. A young and foolish a*****e who had gotten drunk and decided to drive home. I didn't care about the consequences, the police, my parents, not even myself. I just wanted to have fun with my friends and be free for once. My body was slowly growing tired from the long drive, but there wasn't a place to stop for miles. I tried to keep my eyes open, but no matter how hard I tried, my eyes kept closing. So, I turned the radio on; hoping to find some dubstep or techno music. To my disappointment, there was only soft music that radio stations would usually play around 7 pm or midnight. I turned the radio off, followed by an annoyed sigh. The car was swerving a bit, due to my drowsiness and drunkenness. My vision was getting blurry and I felt like throwing up. I tried to hold my alcohol and food down and keep my eyes open but to no avail. The car swerving is making me more dizzy and nauseated. I could feel the saliva and vomit, building up in my mouth. All it took was one burp to make me upchuck all over my lap and car. The smell was terrible. It just made me feel worse and my head was killing me. I was feeling more and more sluggish and began to dose off. Snapped my head back up, every time my head nodded off. I felt dizzier when the car swerved whenever I looked down. My body couldn't take the drowsiness anymore. I slumped over the wheel and fell asleep. The slumber felt too nice to wake up from. The car continues to swerve from side to side, but I didn't care, I was too tired! I fell off the steering wheel into the passenger's seat, which made the car skid off the road into a low-lying ditch. The way the car skidded off the road into the ditch, made the car flip over. I hit my head on the windshield, quite hard. I fell into unconsciousness as blood dripped from my head. © 2017 kenya smithReviews
