Author's Note

Aleks Edwin
This is my first big project. I am a bit of a dummy when it comes to politics and historical references, so please be patient. I am nowhere near being finished, and only have some of the first chapters done. Chapters are sorted by character, and their viewpoints, so if things don't make sense yet, they will eventually! lol

Chapters are not finished and my friend and I will go through and edit later :)

Also, you'll notice a word in bold at the beginning of each chapter, it is intentional as it is part of a quote, which is derived from 1 Corinthians 13:

"Love knows no limit to its patience, no end to its trust, no fading of its hope; It can survive anything. Love stands still when all else has fallen. Love is strong as death."

Each word from the quote is at the start of each chapter. It is just a technique I use so that I always have at least a starting word to begin a chapter with. It also helps me plan how many chapters I will have and the projected length of this novel of mine. Just to clarify if that was puzzling to some people, lol.
