Silent Passage

Silent Passage

A Poem by Abdul Batin Osman Bey
"

on becoming nothing

"

Staring off into space

Seconds drip by

My body ceases to be relevant

I am void

No thoughts

No conscious

Just being

Engulfed in the moments between reality and dream

Between spirit and physical

I am not I

I am only an I

Even that I is absorbed into a greater force

Existing yet not

Staring off into space

I am void

thank you so much I'm glad you enjoyed it
Well, I know nothing about Buddha but this is a great piece. I thought it seemed alot like dieing must feel. Not the horrific messy knid but the slow, off you go kind. That or being high!
