BoredomA Poem by Aianarie (INACTIVE)Dull reality, twisted fate Lost fantasy, a dream yet to find Shattered inspiration, seconds to late 'Tis a woe to be of my kind.
Always wanting a painted canvas Never empty, blank, or blurred with time Perfection is an artist's weakness, But clarity is mine.
I hope for rolling hills and azure skies Crystalline waters and mysterious trees To look through his simple eyes And see just how he sees.
Falling stars and silver moonlight; This is what I see within me Whispering wind and the sun so bright Oh Heaven, hear my plea!
Enlighten me, show me the way Guide me to that luminous creek Of inspiration; which I lost that day... When I didn't know for what I should seek. © 2011 Aianarie (INACTIVE)Author's Note
