Wild Animal;

Wild Animal;

A Poem by C.

They all warned me
You’re a little bit dangerous
But I saw you smile and knew
I had a little thing for antagonists
A wild animal in blonde hair, blue eyes
You smell like daisies
But make me think like crazies
But I sigh more into you
Don’t even realize
Only in the night you come alive
A wild animal in blonde hair, blue eyes
You put on a disguise in sunshine
But I forget everything
With your lips on my jawline
I try to rationalize
But all my thoughts blur
Midnight hours seems like seconds
Losing all sense of directions
You’re a little dangerous
But I always liked things scandalous
You’re a wild animal in blonde hair, blue eyes
Come sunrise, it’ll turn to lies
Your dangerous will disappear
Your midnight is most sincere
Tangled in sheets, dark blue
Hair all askew
It’s the only time I know you
A wild animal in blonde hair, blue eyes

I loved how you have created a vivid imagery of that person through your descriptions... You have quite perfectly brought the wildness of that person in the light... Some amazing words you have used that brought person's characteristics more vividly... The ending scene was done with brilliance...

Sincerely
Dhiman
