Changing Times

Changing Times

A Poem by A. E. Cox
"

Another from a 14 year old.

"
Time flies by
still I try
to be the person I used to be
life isn't as easy as it was for me
I try to make it better
I try to make it work
but I always end up being
just another jerk
I don't know why it's changed
I wish it could have stayed
just the same as before
now I wish I wouldn't have played
It is getting harder every day
problems arise like a bullet
These walls are caving in on me
now I just say screw it.
