We Were Meant to Be

We Were Meant to Be

A Poem by Kaitlin W. Blaylock
"

This song is a duet I wrote that relates to my personal relationship with my bf. I wrote this for us, and I hope other couples enjoy this fun, lively song.

"

Guy: Everyday is a blessing
I love to wake up right beside you
Girl:  I can't believe this feeling
Everyday is filled with love for you
Both:It's an automatic attraction
I just melt, when you look my way
Guy: It's as if it was planned
Girl:  Nothing else can stand
Both: In our way!
Guy: We were meant to be
Girl: We were meant to be
There's an incredible feeling inside of me
       We were meant to be
Guy: We were meant to be
        Nothing else can stand
Both: In front of me
Girl:  In front of me
You are my one and only
That's the way it'll always be
Guy: Girl, you don't know what you do to me
        I need you
        Right here beside me
        That's where I belong
Girl:  That's where I belong
Both: It's an automatic attraction
I just melt, when you look my way
Guy: It's as if it was planned
Girl: Nothing else can stand
Both: In our way!
Guy: We were meant to be
Girl: We were meant to be
There's an incredible feeling inside of me
        We were meant to be
Guy: We were meant to be
         Nothing else can stand
Both: In front of me
Girl:  In front of me
Both: In front of me
