A Poem by Andrew Hawkins

When writing a poem...

Dont hold on to anger
let it go, let it go

Dont lock your words inside you
let them flow let them flow

Dont smother your creativity
let it grow let it grow

And don't hide your personality
let it show let it show

Hi Andrew.
Something there is about this I like. Just can't put my finger on it...
It's short (good for my attention span)
It's sweet (good for my sappy heart)
It's simplistic (good for my stunted intellect)
It glides like a meditation prayer. Perhaps that's what it is: your poem comes as easy as a cool drink of water.

Thanks for sharing :-)
