I've Stopped Looking…

there comes a time you have to stop looking.....

 

 

It dawn on me the other day that I had stop looking for you in the familiar places

For my looking was in vain, for you’re gone

My brain had come to that conclusion some time ago, but my heart…

It had a hard time embracing and accepting it.

It’s sad but true, for you I was always looking for you.

 

So as I allow the door to finally close, on this charter of my life,

I must say I don’t feel sad but I feel stronger, for I’ve stop looking.
