And now he's learning how to crawl --

And now he's learning how to crawl --

A Poem by Firestone Feinberg
"

A poem about my grandson, Lucas, who's now five months old...

And now he's learning how to crawl --
He manages an inch or two --
His little legs like frogs's legs swim --
He hasn't learned quite what to do...

Yet soon he'll stand and soon he'll walk --
And with some practice -- soon -- he'll run --
And all the while he'll learn to talk --
Imagine!  Conversation!

Isn't incredible watching the development of this little human being, seeing the world with new eyes and learning to interact with his environment. It's beautiful each and every time - and what a gorgeous and bright little boy he is - you must be so proud
