Stumble Before the Fall.

Stumble Before the Fall.

A Poem by Poe Met Emily

I am not alright in the moments I allow to pass,
but how my breath shakes in my lungs,
I forget what brought me to my knees.
Your hands fall all over me
and I lose my sense of consequences.
It pulls me into such bliss, such love,
I long to stay beside you for all you'll allow.
I want to love you beyond loving myself.
Yet, I do fear scaring you...
Raw emotions start to peel my skin back...
Please do not go.
