Out Of Oxygen.

Out Of Oxygen.

A Poem by Poe Met Emily

What I see in you leaves me so out of breath.
People think I am trapped in a hurricane,
Breaking in my bones, I start running wild.
My heart sits on rooftops,
And I'm screaming, so damn confused.
What a sad, sad sight I can be.
Everything has changed like the seasons,
A shift in the winds,
A distant late night calling.
It's one of those days I cherish,
Pausing to look at you,
The world stopping too.
And I let the wonders of your life
Drift across my features until I'm bent
Spinning in circles with eyes closed.
I cannot breathe...
