Stalker

Stalker

A Poem by Lifeless Energy
"

My younger self trying to make her poetic ramblings about something in particular

"
Why does my sight repulse you
and my name wrap you in fear
My touch is your only nightmare
and you wish I wasn't here

You cower at my presence
and tremble at my voice
You never let me see you
It's your own foolish choice

I only want to be you
to keep you in my mind
To worship you like a god
be able to call you mine

I will do you no harm,
why is it me you dread?
I will but protect, keep you safe
and keep you immortal instead

Please don't fear my advances
or ignore and turn away
Because no matter what you do
You shall be mine one day.

About
I wrote lots of stuff when I was a kid, I want it all in one place so I can see what I used to write in the hopes that people don't hate it and that it spurs me to pick up my forgotten love of writing.. more..
