Werewolf

Werewolf

A Poem by Kat-Marie Berti

The curse comes as a shadow through the open window

And she cries, howling to the full rising moon

At night she lies wide awake in her unkept bed

Waiting with anticipation for the craving to overtake

To bite the soft skin on the neck of the unsuspecting

Sink her canines into warm waterfalls of fresh blood

Then gallop through the dark forests, faster, faster

The silver moon guiding her way along the wilderness

About
Writing has been my escape since I was a child. My mind is busy working on my latest novel and I also try to find the time to write every single day. Some of my favourite authors: Stephen King, .. more..
