Everyday

Everyday

A Poem by G.A. Grim

There are holes, that need to be filled

There are secrets, that need to be spilled

There are burdens, that you need to share

There are pains, that you need to bear

There are words, that should not be said

There is hunger, that should not be fed

There are places, that should not be seen

There are hands, that should not be clean

There are opinions, that could be stated

There are parents, that could be hated

There are boundaries, that could be shoved

There are monsters, that could be loved

There are heroes, that will be ignored

There are villains, that will be adored

There are poisons, that will be swallowed

There are fools, that will be followed

We live in a wild world. Bad people are in the news. Good people are doing their good deeds not wanting to be notice. I liked the honest thoughts and realistic view on life. Thank you for sharing the amazing poetry.
