A Happier Color Of KittenA Poem by Rally the Imperium!Sometimes the rain against your skin is the only comfort you have.
Eyelash becomes the spider's finger in the lamplight of a twirl; to Say to me you'll never let go - well, how can I believe? the Appearance of all things normal can be an asset until you get all lonely, Just like all those memories, but Sweetness takes them way away - and you get A chance to put your Jack O'Lantern face back on and rejoin the crowd. At least until the sadness stops, the raindrops hold, and make Magic bracelets you string around yourself and slowly chant the prayer: O should I die today, O should I then I should make the leaves all green again - 'cause Green has always been a happy color, and all of them, well they don't get it So we'll wait around and step around in the happy grass while love makes our lips wet In a glare, you could guess the game; a seashore somewhere to the left, Judging by the sounds of it and the little path of the oyster's discards, Curling one by one away from here until you see them two by two, then you're there With lions rampant along the pier, if we sit and talk they'll rumble along like Riddling kittens, the kind we were supposed to see. But we never noticed, 'cause I was too late and you were too gone - and then the rain stopped loving me. and I was sad.
