aren't you tired?

this is a poem about spousal abose... ive seen it and im against all abuse toward women

I walk in and see how you've been bruised
aren't you tired of being abused?
he always leaves you black and blue
he's obviously not right for you
aren't you sick and tired of being pushed around?
I walk in and see you falling down
girl, its just so painful seeing you hit the ground
how can you say everything is okay?
when this is happening everyday
he lies and says its never going to happen again
but he's been saying that since way back when
why don't you just put this relationship to an end?
he doesn't even deserve to be your friend
if you want I'll show you the way out
I'll show you what true love is really about

Wow, I'm talking to you about a guy who's been hitting me and everything and then I find this! I so totally love this poem, you are one hell of a guy for trying to help your abused friend! Definatly two thumbs up!!

This poem (Like I said at Writers Gathering) That this totally reminds me of "Face Down" by the Rad Jumpsuit Apparatus.I really like this.It so raw and strong and all the speaker wants to do is help his abused frined. If only real guys would try and stand up for us sometimes...This I give you major Kudos (And for me and My reviews...Thats big!)
