I'm complete and broken apart!!!!

The last of my smile faded away when you left,

The shattered glass on the floor slit my heart open,

I still hear your voice in my head,

You're encouraging me to follow my dreams,

No matter how outrageous they seem,

My dream is you,

To see your face every morning and every night,

Hugging me,

Holding me,

The day you got in the car and didn't come back broke me apart,

And yet I'm so complete,

Is this a normal feeling,

I want you back,

You walked out of my life and into someone else's,

I still see your short, black and grey hair,

I still hear your deep, soothing voice,

I still feel your smile shining down on me,

I'm broken apart, 

And yet so complete,

I loved you,

I still do,

And yet I see those dark brown eyes see straight through me,

It's hard to explain the pain that goes on in my brain,

Just know I'll never be the same.
