Matter Doesn’t Suffer

THERE IS NO FEELING OR SENSATION IN MATTER

A profound statement that maybe you have never heard before. If you have come across it you have thought, “True, but so what?” It is one of those ideas we know, use and don’t think about. Now is a good time to explore what this means to us, mortals, here on earth, as Christians.

We have no problems with feelings. To be aware [feel rain on your face] To experience; emotionally moved [to feel a death keenly] To think, believe; to have the indicated effect [It feels good to be home] Aware mentally [To feel the weight of an argument] The one feeling we all know too well [To feel pain] In other words feelings are what makes life interesting. Feelings are formed in the mind.

Sensation is a conscious feeling or sense impression [Sensation of a cold] A general excitement [The play caused a sensation] A generalized feeling [a sensation of joy] Also stemming from mind.

Matter is what a thing is made of. Amount or quantity [A matter of a few days] Trouble or difficulty [What’s the matter?] Of no importance, cause, or concern [No laughing matter] Importance, significance [It’s of no matter] You must decide what matters to you.

No one has to inform you that the couch, stove, your car, computer, TV are a few of the matter things that you use daily that have no ability to enjoy life. That was easy to prove. It is scientific and correct. What does that have to do with religion? Everything! But you have to think deeply and consider an unusual type of understanding. This will be shocking and tricky, but also scientifically religious and correct. If you allow this Truth to penetrate your understanding, it will change your life.

There is No feeling or sensation in matter. We can agree on that.

Here is where you will question, as well you should. Your body is also matter. Matter has no intelligence, no movement, and no life. Our body is amazing, but not what we have been taught to believe.

Our body, the one we use for all our needs, is also matter. The difference between what we have always considered matter and our body is: we have a soul (A Mind) this mind controls our body and without the soul (mind) the body is useless. The dead body laying in the casket can not hear, speak, move or feel. The dead body without the soul or mind is as much matter as the casket that holds it. The body is only a covering; a vehicle for the soul to use for the earth experience. Now; There Is No Feeling Or Sensation In Matter, takes on a whole new meaning...

Can you comprehend that when you are in pain it isn’t your body (matter) that is suffering? It is your mind giving your body (Matter) instructions on how much to suffer. Why would you do that? Simple. You didn’t know any better.

The race consciousness dictates that man was born on earth to prove his faithfulness and love of God through misery. The more he suffers the more God finds him approved. Do you have children” When they ask for water do you mix vinegar in- so they won’t ask too often? Richly pepper their food- so they don’t become greedy? Do you make them wear old clothes-so they don’t become conceited? Where in the Bible does it tell us God prefers a ragged man over a clean well-dressed man? Cares more for a sick man than a healthy one? Approves a miserable person over one who is happy? We are God’s children and He has provider lavishly for our happiness.

You are going to die. I am going to die. It will take many years before humanity will give up their cherished belief that God ordains suffering. We don’t need to wait for them. We have the truth, the scientific and religious knowledge that God’s laws were made for us, to use to make our life a heaven on earth

We are our Father’s children: Spiritual; not a matter body. We mustn’t wait for others. It is a matter of consciousness and not the will of God or the fickle finger of fate and consciousness can, must be changed Then we can live as Jesus came to teach us. Healthy and happy at all times with our Father’s blessing.
