Until it is time...

Until it is time...

A Poem by Lorien

Dawn and dust
Appear like rust
My eyes are heavy
Lost on faithful trust

And here I stand
Ready to mourn
But my heart feels no loss
Life has torn...

...A piece..
... But a piece...

Only a thought
Only an action
I need to run
Run beyond the faction

For they stop me hold me
Keep me from love
The thought that it whispers
Sent from above

I told you yet never
In the way I wished to express
But Every instance I felt
My heart wished to digress

What I feel for you
Brings my soul to tears
Twenty four hours remain
Yet I have done nothing in years

This position gives me option
No longer afraid
To state how I feel
About this dishearten fate

And will stand or sit
Be in anyway
I'll spend these hours
Here I will lay

I will wait all I have left
To show you what you mean
Because I never had the strength
It felt so obscene

But one day remains
And you are always on my mind
So I will wait by your doorstep
Until it is time
