Ashtrays and Past Days

Ashtrays and Past Days

A Poem by Empty Spaces

Dear, Alice

The coffee breathe is to much to bear
she always said that if you keep on smoking
you'll leave me here
addiction is a sad pleasure ill tell you the truth
but id give up anything to have stayed with you
lighters were to take the stress away
but lately your shadow has been keeping we awake
reminding me of what i threw away
by the way sorry for the cigarette stains

Sincerely, An empty Space
