Broken

We are all broken 

Covered in cracks and fissures

Each of us is being 

slowly

     chipped

             away

But here is where most go wrong

Being broken doesn't mean you're gone

Because those gaps in your soul

The parts where you feel empty

They let the light come shining through

Yes, we are broken

But we are beautiful
