I’ve heard so many good things about you

I heard from GLOOM and SO-BLUE

they raved about the power you exude,

the wonder of you…

How you made them smile just by being you

I heard it from TRUTH’s girl

that you knocked HATE out

in front of the WORLD

And everybody say

he’s like Debo

around their way

Well, that is what they say

I am so impressed

how you uniquely bless

How you hooked up HOPE with BROKEN-HEART

How that gave him a brand new start

And now they’re moving up the street

into the House of LOVE

I want to love you so much

In fact,

You’re all I’m thinking of

Ask your sisters JOY and GLADNESS

Everybody wants you – You’re the baddest!

 

You are LOVE

 

And, I want to love you LOVE…I really do

I want to be with you, and only you

Blind and all,

You are beautifully euphoric and pristine

And you can introduce me to PEACE,

CONFIDENCE and SELF-ESTEEM

I heard they’re in the company you keep

Which makes me think

About a rumor going around in the streets

That you sometimes chill with HURT and PAIN

My best chick INTUITION told me I may need to refrain

Cuz it’s known that they and their team can be real shady

Which you can see makes me reluctant in being your lady

So I hope this isn’t true

For I only want to be with you

The world renowned LOVE

Who has the power to brighten

or darken days

Many curious ways

The one who makes my heartbeat unstable on cue

Oh, the wonder of what you can do

I want to love you LOVE…I really do –

 But I am FEAR…
