She Said Her Name Was LonelyA Poem by 1DisawsumShe said her name was Lonely, She attracted it wherever she went, She said her name was Lonely, And lonely, so she was.
She stayed indoors at all times, And nobody tried to stopped her. She said her name was Lonely, But she knew she made it herself.
She hated humans and hated nature, So she disconnected herself from it. Nature was ruined by humans, She was happy being known as Lonely.
She said her name was Lonely, But she managed to meet a male. She fell deep in love with him, He was just her type.
They lived a happy life together, Living the life of hermits. He said his name was Loving, And loving so he was.
She said her name was Lonely, And so when she applied for a job, Her application form read A Lonely Girl.
She said her name was Lonely, But decided to change it to Disgust. For the humans at her work, Treated her like dirt.
She said her name was Disgust, And disgusted at the world she was. Yet when she returned back to her
lover, She said her name was Love as well.
So the two Loves lived together And enjoyed every living moment, For every single moment, Is a memory treasured in your mind.
Her husband passed away, three
quarters of her life in, She changed her name to Lonely. The memories she treasured forever, But sill, she said her name was
Lonely. © 2014 1Disawsum |
