Cardinal's career has been marked by his innovative work in both battery-electric and hydrogen fuel cell systems, where he has contributed to the development of aircraft that utilize clean energy sources. His role at Unither Bioelectronics involves overseeing critical programs that integrate these technologies into practical applications, such as the development of electric and hydrogen-powered helicopters for organ transport. Working directly with Dr. Martine Rothblatt, CEO of United Therapeutics and Unither Bioelectronics, Cardinal has been a key player in pushing the boundaries of sustainable medical transport.
