my parents

My parents are amazing

I realize this fully

Sometimes I lash out about them

But that is to be expected

Sometimes they annoy the crap out of me

And I am going to complain about it

If I very well please to!

My daddy loves me so

He tells me everyday

My mommy on the other hand

Has a different way

She bosses and she yells

That’s all she knows

But deep on down I know she loves me so

She gets me stuff I want… on occasion

And is always down for a slumber party

She stays up with me and let’s me talk stuff out

And she is always the first one

To call out a b***h when she sees em.

My dad likes to lecture

But it’s all for my own good

Sometimes I wish he’d shut up

Sometimes I wish he never would

I love my parents dearly

They love me very much

I wouldn’t ask for any better

We make a terrific bunch.
