Nice little poem.
It happens. People drift apart.
I think that what you have here is a decently written poem. The reader knows what you are talking about and likely can relate easily to it based upon your words. What I think, personally, that would give this poem an added punch is some more description, down around the last few lines, like what it does to you when you realize that it isn't fazing them... Just a thought. You can certainly ignore it if you are happy with this poem as is, I just feel like I could see it getting a little meatier and being great.
