What I believe

What I believe

A Chapter by Ashley.M.E

I believe in a place

Where we all must go

And the winds don’t blow

I believe in a place

Where sorrow has no name

And pain is a game

I believe in a place

Where everyone is happy

No one is alone

And everyone has somebody

No one will cry

Cause no one will die

And we will live forever in eternity

I believe

Yes I believe

That the place in the dreams

Is a reality

It has to be out there

A place where we are happy

It’s hard to believe

But I believe

What I believe

Is in peace

What I believe

Is in love

What I believe

Is what we all should believe

That one day, we well be

In the gardens of eve

Or heaven's gates above

Some criticism first... This line "Where we all most go" you probably mean "must" instead of "most". If it's most... it should be "Where most of us go". Then in the line "No will cry" you forgot a "one" after "No". Also, in the last line "Or heavens gates above" there should be an apostrophe in "heaven's". For the most part, your poem has good expression in what you believe in. It was lacking in flow and rhythm for me. Those who are religious will probably relate though.

I am truly empowered to believe that there is a reality to my dreams, where what I wish is true, wholesome, and real. I wish for that amazing strength to come to me when the moment desires it. Keep writing, my mother has dyslexia, she is just as powerful as you when it comes to putting the message out there. And in the words of Cinderella, "A dream is a wish your heart makes, when your fast asleep" Truly inspriring.

This is so beautiful.
I can get a perfect vision of the imagery in my head;
great job describing the "place" to a point where I WANT to be there.
You leave me hopeful and happy as a writer after reading this.
amazing job =]

Great sentiments and loving thoughts for your reader to ponder. I like the form of this poem, it has a good ebb and flow. I believe what you believe...no doubts whatsoever :-)

I like the desire and hope in this poem. I been to 40 countries in my life. All the people I met were kind and wanted the simple things. Food and a place to live. We must fix the leaders of this world. A raised fist don't create peace. A friendly smile and a handshake can open the door to communication and hope all the children of this world can have a good life. A outstanding poem.

This place you speak of Ashley, is called Paradise and we all have our own vision as to what it will look and be like. I too believe it is out there for us all and our minds will eventually get us there, we just don't know when. It is in hope and faith that we keep looking.

Is is a great thing to believe in... we all need something to believe in to keep hope alive... cause without hope dreams are a dark space 6 feet under... very inspiration words.
