Bellbird

Bellbird

A Poem by 117

In a tall tree on a lonely mountian
Don't know where I am,
I've got nowhere to go
So empty and sad
I think I've gone mad
Compass needle spinning
A bellbird is singing

A Darkness creeps in
And the valley goes silent
Darkness creeps in and all things go quiet
I tighten the noose
It's time to cut loose
Not made for their world
Take me Mother North
