Spring

Spring

A Poem by Eliza-Beth
"

At First It Was Supposed To Be A Poem About Summer, But A Very Nice Person Made Me See That Its More About Spring. =]

"

As The Sun Shines Down.

It Feels Like A Liquid Seeping Into Every Pore Of My Body,

Spilling Over Me The Moment I Set Foot Out Of My Winter Home.

The Grass Is Green, The Smell Is Fresh

The Birds Are Singing The Song I So Well Remember.

I Take Another Breath Of The Pure Air

I Notice The New Life Starting To Bud.

The Flowers That Let The Fantastic Aroma In The Air,

I Take Another Look And At That Moment Everything Is At Peace.

I like it's simplicity. I think it is nearly perfect, except it gives Me more of the feeling of springtime than summer- leaving your winter home, birds singing, grass greening, etc.
