Maybe I'll Get Some Idea Of The Right Answer.
'Cause When They Ask Me Questions
I Respond With What I Know I Should

They Have Me Under Lock And Key
And I'm Sure They Don't Even Know It's Me.
I'm Hiding Behind All Their Rules And Regulations
I Follow What They Say I Should Do.

I Feel Guilty For Desires We All Have.
Simple Things Like Standing
Nearly Knock Me Off My Feet.
I Listen To Each Word As If It Is The Truth.

My Fears Are Useless Things.
I'm Terrified Of Life Without Restraints,
I'd Love To Say I'm Scared Of What I'd Do
But I'm Far Too Normal For That.
and yet i disagree.

I Always Follow Their Invisible Lead.
i think of how i should do things on my own
I Raise My Hand And Wait To Be Questioned.
i want to speak my mind
I live Each Day With Their Protection.
