darkness.
alone.
silent.
As I listen to the ringing in my ears, I remember you do not know my pain; you do not understand my sorrow

 

Death.
Is all around you.
You can't escape it.
Why do you so desperately run?
Decay.
Your body breaking down.
Losing physical form.
You can't fight it; Death always wins.
Blood.
Drink it.
You are escaping death.
Tell yourself your lies and leave me to rest.
You're not escaping anything.
Give in.
Give up.
Give life.

I like it... it really is a good piece I loved how you said so much in so little of words... it just seemed to jump off the page at parts... I especially loved the ending....

Give life." just made the poem for me in a way... great job!
