I Love Skeletons

I Love Skeletons

A Poem by Alana Zombie
"

i really do.

"

This skeletal chill
I can feel it running down my bones
Creeping through the crevices
Like a sad disease
An artform
Forming around my joints
Graceful and white, tinted gray
And tainted with
the fruit of age
When it's scary, it's real
Falling apart like heaven
But hellbound
Weaving in and out of a cloudy water
Crunching and aching like a broken bone
