I'm just a simpleton.A Poem by -Insertnamehere-I haven't written in awhile and I took out my keyboard tonight and this came out. I came up with another one as well but I didn't write it down, so now I'm angry with myself. It took me a long time to realize
That we're all masters at our disguise And these weathered sails will soon realize And take me across a giant lake called the ocean And it took me not too long, to realize That we are play toys in a plastic house And quite frankly I'm tired of being toyed with Why do only some of the colors get to run on the rainbows long spine I hate how it teaches us to wipe out all the rest I'm just, a simpleton And you're a small, pedestrian So we'll fall in love I almost hit you with my car But we're Seattleits So you go No you, can, go. © 2010 -Insertnamehere-Author's Note
