Returning.

Returning.

A Poem by {K}
"

Returning.

"
I'm returning,
I've already returned.
Doorknobs needed turning,
So doorknobs I did turn.
To return,
to the
Place
I yearn.
Yearned.

I'm here.
I've already been here.
Many times before,
Walked down that same
Dark
Path,
And walked through
That same
Splintered
Door.

I'm lost.
I was lost.
But now I'm found,
My feet now finally,
On solid ground.
I remember this so faintly,
But I will not forget,
The place I left,
Leaving,
I now regret.

I think this is awesome. I love the uneven ebb and flow, and the general sense of longing and regret. Great write.
