You Listened

You Listened

A Poem by {K}
"

To Poetic Justice and a person who listened.

"
I came home crying,
told the story of why the tears flowed,
and you listened.

I came home laughing,
told you the story of why happiness filled me,
and you listened.

You came home,
and told me the story of why you were you.
And I listened.

I like the poem a lot. A simple poem with great meaning. Listening is a lost art. If we listen more and talks less. World would be a better place. I like the complete poem. A outstanding poem. Thank you.
