Mr. Beeker and Mrs. Forx

Mr. Beeker and Mrs. Forx

A Poem by {K}
"

Two odd ones...

"
Mr. Beeker and Mrs. Forx were in oddly love,
but, trust me this was not your couple 'from above.'
Mr. Beeker collected junk,
and loved to listen to smooth funk.
Mrs. Forx hated waste,
from sock to shoes, to sticky paste.

Mr. Beeker invited Mrs. Forx
to a dinner at Shooeler and Norks,
"Mrs. Forx," Said Mr. Beeker,
"Do you like my brand new sneakers?"
Mrs. Forx said with disgust,
"I hate sneakers! I wouldn't wear them,
even if I must!"
Mr. Beeker, puzzled by this,
"No wonder it smells! Your shoes are amiss!"
And sadly to say, they never did kiss.

Mr. Beeker and Mrs. Forx,
ate their dinner in silence at Shooeler and Norks.

When I saw the title at first I was like what? Now I get it. Really interesting and this is beautiful. Nice job! It's unusually for a writer to put diologe in their poem, I've only done it once, but I see you've done it much much more. Interesting. Nice job!
