Moon Cat and Sun Cat

Moon Cat and Sun Cat

A Poem by {K}
"

Too different cats, two different cats.

"
As the sun rises, look closely.
You can see Sun Cat arching it's back, stretching.
It's golden fur sticks out in all directions, spreading light.
In the afternoon, it's curled in a ball, high in the sky, going from
East to West.
At sunset, it goes looking for dinner, maybe a star,
extending daylight.
Then, it sleeps.
When a crescent moon rises, watch it carefully.
You maybe are able to see
Moon Cat.
It runs across the oranges, and the pinks.
It's black fur sweeps across the sky.
The stars are it's midnight snack, bright and warm.
Then, the cycle repeats.
