Push Me Away

Push Me Away

A Poem by *~WildFire~*

Push Me Away

You tell me it's nothing,

I see something,

It's in your eyes...

A fear is there.

Please don't try

To deceive me

By throwing a wall

Over my eyes.

There's nothing wrong with

Needing help sometimes.

What are relationships for?

Baby, now please,

Don't push me away,

Condemn your pride.

Sometimes we all need

A hand to get by.

When your tears start to fall,

Then,

With you, I will cry.

No one is perfect,

It just isn't worth it

To stand on your own.

The fear is there.

Don't be ashamed to

Ask me to help you deal

With the thoughts

That's staying in your head.

You can lean on me.

Stand by me side,

We will fight.

We are stronger as one.

Please don't push me away

Because baby,

I love you.
