Bound Forever

 

Love is precious,

You handle it

With so much care,

And you cherish it

all of your days.

 

Love is perfect,

It began in heaven

Where God created it

For me and you.

 

Love is pure,

No flaws

Just like the sender

From above.

 

Love was meant

For you and me.

 

Love is forever,

It has no end...

 

So if I love you,

And you love me...

Then together, we're bound forever.

Quite true of the genuine article.
Too often, however, people confuse love with rationalized lust.
This distortion is hardly the Greatest of Virtues.
