Day to day,

We spend our time,

some different than others,

mine different than yours.

Each day that passes by,

something happens.

Either something is accomplished

or something is forever lost.

Whatever it is, cherish it

or learn from it.

 

Those days turn into weeks.

Week after week,

you play the same roll,

either in your times with family

or your times in a relationship.

Your love may grow

or it may fall further apart.

 

Those weeks turn into months.

Month leading into month,

your times seem to pass quickly.

Whether it being the days of

your first real relationship

or just the beginning of a bad year.

 

Months turn to years.

Years pass and you're still living your life.

Whether your spending those years with family,

friends, or that someone,

you use that time

doing something.

 

Use that time

doing something worth while.

Whether it's with the people you love

or the ones not so much.

 

Life lasts for such a short while.

But something always happens.
