Photoshop Imperfectly

Photoshop Imperfectly

A Poem by sivan

Soft curves bursting

Tickling my fantasy

Cursing my curiosity

In images of her

Images unlike you;

Photoshopped to your relation.

Imagined creation of elation

At the eye of the storm-

An unsettling calm

Settling over shoulders

Burdened by the weight of a yearning

Stifled out by an assertive reality

Storing the memory

In the space reserved for

                 Sidelined

Thoughts.
