I'm a 25 year old stay-at-home-mother of one brilliant 14 month old girl. I am a soon-to-be college student. Every Friday I send part of my afternoon spilling my guts to a licensed therapist.

I uphold the belief that to be a writer you only need literacy and strong life experiences. That being said I believe my entire life is a strong, severe experience. I have been writing poetry since the tender age of 9. But it wasn't until recently, when I began my practice of self-realization that I identified myself as a writer-poet.

No, I am not published. Give me sometime before I'm an author. I've only just accepted I am a writer.
