About Me

First off, I'd like to apologize to everyone for being very inactive most of the time. I hardly have time for my own writing, let alone reading others. I hope to have more time soon, and I will read more of your work and hopefully share more of my own.

I am a social studies teacher that works in the dark annals of the national forests in Central Oregon. I'm interested in philosophy (modern, existential, and post-modern mostly). Generally, I predominately write poetry. I am a musician and avid whale harpooner.

on 'darkness'--haha. I don't really write in rhyme anymore. I wrote that when I was 13. I'm glad it's not say-anything-just-to-get-the-poem-to-rhyme, and I'm so happy it sounds like Blake or Frost.

Thanks for your comment. I'm glad you saw the senses as being chapters...I was worried it might come off as too contrived.
It's strangely optimistic because there have been minor revolutions after each colonizer (Spanish, American, Japanese, and heck, even Marcos). I was also hoping to convey women's role in each chapter of my country's history.
