I live in a little cookie cutter town with people who all act and dress alike so being even slightly different is hard. I love poetry because it helps you to realize that there are so many people who feel what you feel and think what you think. It is amazing to see all of the connections and beauty in the world around us and it is always so enlightening to read how other see what you see.
