About Me
I am currently working on my debut novel, hoping to break into the publishing world. I have dabbled here and there in the world of poetry up until just recently, but I have not had anything published, with the exception of one poem in the summer of 1999.
I attended St. Bonaventure University in Upstate New York, where my major was journalism and mass communications, and later transferred to Buffalo State College, where I worked on a dual degree in English Secondary Education and Philosophy. I am currently a legal assistant working in a Mortgage Foreclosure Law firm. Yes, I know, I contribute to the growing economic crisis. It pays my bills, so I try to forget that part.
I have found that sometimes, I can be my own worst enemy. I aggravate my fiance when I get in my moods, and I have been known every once in a great while, to hit the delete button on whole chapters.
I've also found that the best way to become a great writer is to read, some of my authors are listed here in no particular order:
J.K. Rowling
Stephenie Meyer
Margaret Atwood
Anais Nin
Simone De Beauvoir
John Paul Sarte (I do love philsophy)
Madeline L'Engle
Cynthia Voight
Ken Kesey
C.S. Lewis
Jodi Piccoult
